It could relieve my life in an unexpected emergency. I live alone and virtually take no visitors. I live with my 3 dogs who of course would non be able to help me. I like the idea of the added security of the alert tag that I could wear.

There is no professional installation offered neither is information technology available even at a cost. Also no dedicated agents are available to answer questions or complaints which is frustrating when you don’t know an reply or just take a question well-nigh the product or service. It would be assuring to speak to a competent agent when you lot have questions.

Installed Medical Intendance Alarm in May of this year. Seamless setup, helpful staff, clear quick emergency response (~xxx sec) during testing, speaker / microphone is clear and tin be heard over about of house. The wrist and necklace buttons work over unabridged house and most of belongings.

Actually feel scammed when equipment returned. Returned every bit instructed with no damage. Visitor claimed damage and provided pictures that could accept been whatever equipment. Goose egg included identifying as our equipment. Visitor made ridiculous statements and then not just did not return pro-rated fee but charged my menu boosted $120. Horrible client service. Beware!

I take the Home & Away Elite system with fall detection. My family unit and friends are all very relieved that I chose this system because I am often away from home by myself, and am now alone at domicile. While my history of falling includes some while abroad from home, the majority and the most physically damaging have occurred at home and during the night. I accept Narcolepsy (including slumber-walking), Slumber Apnea and other medical conditions that tin can increase the likelihood of falling. Add together my elderly age of 74, a “bad” knee and “bad” ankle. Stumbling has become part of my “normal” routine.

It can be challenging to find four reasonably “safe” hours to charge the pendant. I wish I could have the wrist band to employ when at home during the day, while the pendant is charging, then wear the pendant the rest of the 24 hours. (I establish the lanyard too uncomfortable to apply. Instead, I utilize the belt prune to fasten it to the front end center of my nightgown, and to my bra the rest of the time.) All-in-all I feel more comfortable and confident to accept the pendant with autumn detection. The reduction in my fear and that of friends and family is wonderful.

It is uncomfortable wearing around the cervix. If I adhere it to my jeans pocket, anytime I bump into anything it sends off a signal. If I wear it inside my bra strap information technology works ameliorate but I am afraid I am getting besides much radiation into my body!

My 94-yr old female parent had her Medical Care Alert bracelet on the bedside table, and the pendant hanging from her walker. She was sound asleep and was awakened past a policeman and rescue squad in her bedroom! I called Medical Care Alert the side by side day and was bodacious that it was a button push and Non a malfunction. My female parent insists she did NOT striking the button. I had neglected to program in the Medical Care # so when I got the 800 “unknown” phone call at midnight, I did not answer it. And so it was a comedy of errors. Notwithstanding, my mother now wants to cancel the system saying she doesn’t trust it.

Seems like information technology took a little long before I got a response. After I hung upwards, I got a constant loud beeping. Finally pushed the ruby-red button to stop it. Called client service. Wish there was a volume control.

Our experience was very positive. The medical professionals were extremely kind and caring with every aspect of the event. They were very supportive reminding the whole family they are here for united states of america anytime they are needed. They were very special individuals. We were left feeling my married man would exist treated very well and most chiefly, with kindness. I capeesh the fast response and wonderful personnel. Thank you!!
